Precision. Speed. Reliability.

DDS Print & Milling Centre specialises in the digital manufacturing of dental restorations using state-of-the-art 3D printing and CNC milling technologies. Our goal is to provide dental practices and dental laboratories with exceptional precision, reliability and efficiency at every stage of production.

For CNC milling, we use five-axis milling machines from the German manufacturer VHF, enabling the production of restorations in Co-Cr alloys, zirconia, PMMA, PEEK, BioHPP and wax. For the manufacture of titanium bars and implant-supported frameworks, we use VERSA Mill, a specialised German system for precision titanium machining, developed for the production of demanding restorations requiring a high level of accuracy and reliability.

For zirconia restorations, we use premium SHOFU zirconia discs, renowned for their excellent aesthetics, high strength and long-term durability, enabling the production of restorations that are both functional and aesthetically superior.

Metal frameworks are produced using SISMA 3D printing systems and certified BEGO Co-Cr powder, ensuring exceptional precision, stability and biocompatibility of the final restorations.

For resin-based applications, we utilise professional ASIGA 3D printers, recognised worldwide for their outstanding accuracy and consistent results. This technology enables the production of highly detailed restorations and appliances that meet the demands of modern digital dentistry.

Within our production centre, we offer:

  • Co-Cr crowns and bridges
