These high-temperature furnaces are ideal for sintering bridges and crowns made from translucent zirconia. Special molybdenum disilicide heating elements provide excellent protection against chemical interaction between the zirconia and the furnace components. Bridges and crowns are placed in ceramic trays during the sintering process.
These furnaces stand out for their outstanding price-to-performance ratio. They can be individually programmed for all recommended sintering programmes specified by virtually every zirconia manufacturer.
● Tmax: 1650°C
● Furnace chamber: 1 or 4-litre capacity
● Heating elements: High-quality molybdenum disilicide elements provide excellent protection against chemical interaction between zirconia and the heating elements
